Canopies in public spaces

PV canopies can provide shelter to a variety of activities that would otherwise be weather-dependent in climates such as that in the UK. These canopies can also be deployed in other locations, where for example, the sun is too strong during the hottest seasons and parts of the day.

Due to large area covered with PV panels large capacity solar electrcity generation can be achieved, even when the sky is overcast.
